Audi Alvarado has built a remarkable career in public safety and dispatch, shaped by a lifelong connection to the field. Raised in a bilingual law enforcement family, her upbringing was steeped in the language of radio and penal codes, setting the foundation for her future.
Beginning her career in Northern Nevada, Audi played a key role in establishing a proficient dispatch team from the ground up. Her career path then led her to Renown Hospital where she served as a security dispatcher.Since 2017, Audi has been an integral part of Reliance Security. Starting as a part-time dispatcher, her dedication and passion for the industry have driven her rapid ascent within the company.
She earned promotions to Dispatch Supervisor, Dispatch Manager, and ultimately Senior Operations Manager. In this role, Audi oversees client relations, supervises leadership development among security staff, and ensures the team consistently meets her commitment to fostering a positive image for the company, both internally and externally, has been instrumental in Reliance Security’s growth.
Outside of work, Audi treasures her time with her family. She is a proud mother of two sons. Audi celebrates her eldest son’s early high school graduation, her youngest son’s enthusiasm for dirt bike riding, and the joy her family brings to her life. Their health, energy, and accomplishments are a constant source of pride.
Victor Ramos
Operations Manager
Ramos has been involved in Security and law enforcement related fields for over 35 years. He has held leadership positions that required tasking, scheduling and Operations management Ramos had a successful Law Enforcement career that included investigative responsibilities as well as tactical operations.
Ramos is a war veteran and served in Desert Storm with the U.S. Marine Corps. He went on to lead a CT team out of New Orleans conducting various missions within the US and South America.
He conducts site surveys and helps to plan the scheduling of guards and other resources. He also trains the guards in the field in various aspects of their job. Some of the training includes, report writing, Use of Force, Baton training, Proper use of Pepper Spray. He is also a leader in the use of De-escalation techniques to include “Verbal Judo”. He personally inspects all weapons carried by RS guards and has his Range Master qualifications.
