To begin the application process, all candidates must have a State of Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board work card which requires a background check and successful completion of a test of general security knowledge. After meeting this minimum qualification, individuals must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check as well as demonstrate skill in report writing. Applicants who pass pre-screening criteria are eligible to participate in an interview with executive management to ensure they meet company standards.
